Sexual Consent and Right of Privacy Agreement

By booking and paying for a service with 'Tantric Warlock' the client has read and agrees to the following:

I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that I am over 18 years old. I further declare that this agreement is of my own free will and that neither I nor anyone near or dear to me has been threatened with harm or embarrassment.

 

Both parties agree that this is a private agreement not to be disclosed to third parties except in case of accusation of sexual misconduct by the agreeing party. If he/she shows or makes public this agreement without accusation of sexual misconduct, it is agreed that he/she will be liable for damages for invasion of privacy. This includes false accusations or reporting the practitioner to local council or authorities for no provable misconduct i.e you didn't like the service or the practitioner refused to serve you and you take on a personal vendetta against the practitioner. 

 

Chapter 6: APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information, Privacy Act 1988 will be used in a court of law if such a situation arises.

 

By booking this service I further declare that at the time of service I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication and agree to engage in consensual sexual acts with the practitioner 'Tantric Warlock'. The sexual acts included are listed under 'Service' on the website but are not limited to this list for sake of those that require more extras (under a mutual agreement only)

 

At this time I do not intend to change my mind before the sex act or acts are over. However, if I do, it is further understood that the practitioner agrees to STOP INSTANTLY!

This consent policy can be used in a court of law in my defence of false accusations and reports even without your signature. By booking my service you agreed to the minimum services listed and included.

 

All payments are for my time, service and companionship only. Any actions that take place within our contracted timeframe are a matter of mutual choice between consenting adults. Any scenarios or fantasies contained are purely that; they do not constitute any form of contractual obligation. I reserve the right not to enter into any arrangement with those who I reasonably believe to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol (or for any other reason at my discretion).
